  In this remarkable story, Adunni, the main character, depicts ambition fuelled with a burning desire to succeed despite all odds. Tales of this type still abound in Lagos, and they are portrayed in the media daily. Adunni is hailed as the poor girl with a rich mind, "Sherlock Holmes," who never stops asking intelligent questions, a child-bride, and a strong-willed girl who grew up fast due to the circumstance her parents put her through. However, she had the guts to pursue the life she wanted. - An education by any means necessary.  Adunni finally got her groove back after reading such an easy book, I could relate to the characters there. the harsh and despicable reality of Lagos till date. I would recommend this book to my friends and would love to see it turned into a film.

A baby making factory outlet has been exposed by police at Asa, in Ukwa West Local Government Area of Abia State. They rescued 14 pregnant teenagers and eight children from a motherless babies’ home at Umunkpeyi Nvosi in Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area, Vanguard   The report states that the proprietress, Mrs Nma Charity claimed to be running a government-approved home, but engages in child trafficking and hire men who impregnate those teenage girls.

Nigerian Army And Buhari Certificates Saga, How Did He Rule Nigeria Once?!?!?!

I t is no longer news about the rebuttal of the army's knowledge concerning former military leader, General Buhari's certificates. According to Nigerian army press released by Brigadier General Olajide Olaleye. It claims that the secondary school certificates of the former president is not within their care. But how was he allowed to rule Nigeria from 31 December 1983 to 27 August 1985? he has been elected again to represent All Progressive Congress (APC) as its presidential candidate come February 14, 2015 elections. What does this say about the archives of the Nigerian army as a frontier force? Baffling to say the least. The Nigerian army tarnishing its own image for the world to see. Is this a witch hunt to demonise him or what?!?!
