Mothers Lock Up Your Babies, Vicious Nannies On The Prowl

There is a viral clip of a vicious nanny abusing a toddler in her care. What is wrong with these nannies and what excuse will this lady give for her acts towards the boy? Should anger management, conflict resolution and effective human relations be part of the lessons taught to these nannies / house helps before ever starting their duties in taking care of little babies.

There are good nannies out there, but they are few and far between, I remember when I spoke to some of my friends, just to get their opinion on their experiences in the hands of nannies, some had shocking revelations and some parents admitted that they felt guilty leaving their children in the hands of so called nannies; which has led to psychological damages in their child.
