  In this remarkable story, Adunni, the main character, depicts ambition fuelled with a burning desire to succeed despite all odds. Tales of this type still abound in Lagos, and they are portrayed in the media daily. Adunni is hailed as the poor girl with a rich mind, "Sherlock Holmes," who never stops asking intelligent questions, a child-bride, and a strong-willed girl who grew up fast due to the circumstance her parents put her through. However, she had the guts to pursue the life she wanted. - An education by any means necessary.  Adunni finally got her groove back after reading such an easy book, I could relate to the characters there. the harsh and despicable reality of Lagos till date. I would recommend this book to my friends and would love to see it turned into a film.

What is really going on in this world?!?!, This is the height of greed at its worst. A driver is shown in the clip, he and some of his friends are said to have raped and buried alive his boss after extorting money from her. She is alleged to be the proprietor of Chelsea International School, Abuja, Nigeria.
Leaves one reeling in shock, this video is quite gruesome to say the least and should be watched at viewers discretion here

 I hope the police would shed more light into what really went on - I can't seem to find the name of her school online. find it so demoralising to watch, I can't even seem to place an appropriate title for the heading.

 It's bring back to memory when my dad's friends was gunned down by his own security guard, after they had stolen from him and threatened him to withdraw the case from the police station in Lagos, of which he refused. He was gunned down on a early Sunday morning, a day after his daughter's wedding. How soulless can some people be?
