  In this remarkable story, Adunni, the main character, depicts ambition fuelled with a burning desire to succeed despite all odds. Tales of this type still abound in Lagos, and they are portrayed in the media daily. Adunni is hailed as the poor girl with a rich mind, "Sherlock Holmes," who never stops asking intelligent questions, a child-bride, and a strong-willed girl who grew up fast due to the circumstance her parents put her through. However, she had the guts to pursue the life she wanted. - An education by any means necessary.  Adunni finally got her groove back after reading such an easy book, I could relate to the characters there. the harsh and despicable reality of Lagos till date. I would recommend this book to my friends and would love to see it turned into a film.

Beyonce's dad was responsible for the success of the girl group, Destiny's child of which Kelly Rowland had been a member since she was 12 years old. Now Matthew has come up with this idea that he wants his new girl group, "Blushhh Music" to have a battle with Kelly's new "Chasing Destiny" show which premiered this Tuesday on BET...


Kelly is in search for a girl group who are more like rough diamonds but will be discovered on her show. While Mr Knowles girl group consist singer Tali and rappers Sunnie and Bunni Ray who we've not heard much of on this side of the pond.

Will this be a good idea for BET, or it will steal the shine from Kelly's project?

A man in Nigeria was caught and confronted by army officers for wearing a camouflage vest. He was later apprehended; but the impostor's response was not forthcoming but highly hilarious.
