  In this remarkable story, Adunni, the main character, depicts ambition fuelled with a burning desire to succeed despite all odds. Tales of this type still abound in Lagos, and they are portrayed in the media daily. Adunni is hailed as the poor girl with a rich mind, "Sherlock Holmes," who never stops asking intelligent questions, a child-bride, and a strong-willed girl who grew up fast due to the circumstance her parents put her through. However, she had the guts to pursue the life she wanted. - An education by any means necessary.  Adunni finally got her groove back after reading such an easy book, I could relate to the characters there. the harsh and despicable reality of Lagos till date. I would recommend this book to my friends and would love to see it turned into a film.

Beyonce Mobbed By Fans In Norway

Screaming fans mobbed Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z as they arrived in Norway today, the video was captured by an excited fan of the music superstars. Video shows the couple attempting to leave the Tidal headquarters in Oslo, but apparently word spread fast that the couple were in the building and next thing you know, it’s a mob scene. Video footage from an upper floor of the building shows the couple’s van attempting to drive away, but the crowd of fans and shutterbugs makes it quite a challenge. People are pounding on the windows, blocking the way and doing just about anything to get a glimpse or a picture of the couple.

The armed force are known for not joking around when it comes to spotting impostors wearing their outfits, whereas in some quarters, this could also be worn as a fashion statement! A man in Nigeria was caught and confronted by army officers for wearing a camouflage vest. He was later apprehended; but the impostor's response was not forthcoming but highly hilarious.
