  In this remarkable story, Adunni, the main character, depicts ambition fuelled with a burning desire to succeed despite all odds. Tales of this type still abound in Lagos, and they are portrayed in the media daily. Adunni is hailed as the poor girl with a rich mind, "Sherlock Holmes," who never stops asking intelligent questions, a child-bride, and a strong-willed girl who grew up fast due to the circumstance her parents put her through. However, she had the guts to pursue the life she wanted. - An education by any means necessary.  Adunni finally got her groove back after reading such an easy book, I could relate to the characters there. the harsh and despicable reality of Lagos till date. I would recommend this book to my friends and would love to see it turned into a film.

 To all those dealing with the unexpected twists and turns that life has placed upon them  today, this includes those who have lost it all -  this too will pass and hope for the best will not be diminished.

 To those who have been surprised beyond their dreams of the best lives they have been imagining, cheers at the very best.

 One thing we all learn from this is that life for all we have achieved either by our own efforts or by the divine intervention of God's power and protection - We must all come to the realisation that life happens to us all. Understanding the mystery of a day filled with different dimensions can be baffling in itself.

The armed force are known for not joking around when it comes to spotting impostors wearing their outfits, whereas in some quarters, this could also be worn as a fashion statement! A man in Nigeria was caught and confronted by army officers for wearing a camouflage vest. He was later apprehended; but the impostor's response was not forthcoming but highly hilarious.
