  In this remarkable story, Adunni, the main character, depicts ambition fuelled with a burning desire to succeed despite all odds. Tales of this type still abound in Lagos, and they are portrayed in the media daily. Adunni is hailed as the poor girl with a rich mind, "Sherlock Holmes," who never stops asking intelligent questions, a child-bride, and a strong-willed girl who grew up fast due to the circumstance her parents put her through. However, she had the guts to pursue the life she wanted. - An education by any means necessary.  Adunni finally got her groove back after reading such an easy book, I could relate to the characters there. the harsh and despicable reality of Lagos till date. I would recommend this book to my friends and would love to see it turned into a film.

Steve Gukas' 93 Days - A Film On Ebola

The world witnessed in horror when the deadly virus, Ebola spread killing people in its path. "93 Days" is a movie centered on the true-life story of men and women who risked their lives and made sacrifices to save us all from the consequences of the outbreak of the highly dreaded Ebola Virus Disease. It is a compelling human story of dedication, sacrifice, resilience and survival. it celebrates the courage of Mrs Stella Adadevoh. 

 The movie is directed by Steve Gukas, while production is done by Bolanle Austen-Peters, Dotun Olakunri and Steve Gukas.
"Our aim is to create a feature film that will resonate with many people across the world particularly in Nigeria and its sub-region. At its core, 93 days is a tale of common humanity and just how much we can achieve when we stand united," stated the producers of the movie.
Rehearsals for 93 Days will commence on July 27, 2015 and Principal Photography will commence on August 3, 2015.
