  In this remarkable story, Adunni, the main character, depicts ambition fuelled with a burning desire to succeed despite all odds. Tales of this type still abound in Lagos, and they are portrayed in the media daily. Adunni is hailed as the poor girl with a rich mind, "Sherlock Holmes," who never stops asking intelligent questions, a child-bride, and a strong-willed girl who grew up fast due to the circumstance her parents put her through. However, she had the guts to pursue the life she wanted. - An education by any means necessary.  Adunni finally got her groove back after reading such an easy book, I could relate to the characters there. the harsh and despicable reality of Lagos till date. I would recommend this book to my friends and would love to see it turned into a film.

Bully Got A Taste Of His Own Medicine For Hitting Blind Boy

A video has gone viral is show why bully is bad on every level. Just seconds after a high school bully punched a blind student in the face following a short confrontation, what happens would shock you.


Video shows the bully was attacked by someone older and bigger than him, which left him crashing to the hard concrete of Huntington Beach High School in Southern California where he remains shocked and motionless. 
“Trying to f***ing jump a blind kid, bro,” says the teen who intervened as he stands over the bulletin. “I swear to God, if you f**k with this kid again I will f**k you up." 
This video is shared on Reddit, where commenters praised the teen who stood up to the bully. Other commenters cautioned that the teen, known as Cody, would likely be suspended from the school under a zero tolerance approach to violence. 


I noticed blood was coming out of this guy's ear. Hmm, Karma was definitely not smiling at all!
