  In this remarkable story, Adunni, the main character, depicts ambition fuelled with a burning desire to succeed despite all odds. Tales of this type still abound in Lagos, and they are portrayed in the media daily. Adunni is hailed as the poor girl with a rich mind, "Sherlock Holmes," who never stops asking intelligent questions, a child-bride, and a strong-willed girl who grew up fast due to the circumstance her parents put her through. However, she had the guts to pursue the life she wanted. - An education by any means necessary.  Adunni finally got her groove back after reading such an easy book, I could relate to the characters there. the harsh and despicable reality of Lagos till date. I would recommend this book to my friends and would love to see it turned into a film.

Naija's Kokomaster, D'banj has finally quit bachelorhood, albeit secretly. Remember when he had an interview with MTV Base in April 2016, he hinted that he will be getting married secretly.


The registry wedding ceremony which was kept under wraps finally took place yesterday, Saturday, July 2, 2016; with about 25 people in attendance. The guests though they were there to celebrate the crooner's father's birthday! Some insiders divulged that there might still be a church wedding, albeit still secretly coded!

His heart rob and the new Koko Mrs is none other than Didi Kilgrow. She was born to a american father and partly Nigerian and South African mother. The beautiful bride is not famously known for being in the spotlight.

D'banj Quits Bachelorhood Secretly
According to SDK, Didi will be 25 years old this year and is reported to have had her early childhood years in Jos, Nigeria. She is currently studying in the University of Abuja.
“Didi is vouched by friends to be a very nice girl,  humble, down to earth and captivated the Kokomaster’s heart. Dbanj proposed to her four months ago, they had the traditional wedding in Jos last month.”

A man in Nigeria was caught and confronted by army officers for wearing a camouflage vest. He was later apprehended; but the impostor's response was not forthcoming but highly hilarious.
