Classics: Late Bob Marley - "One Love"

When was the first time you ever heard a reggae song? Mine was after a church gathering in my home town!, was in an uncle's car and the tunes kept on playing, the lyrics and the rhythm were different from anything I had ever heard, it was Peter Tosh's "African". This was the introduction of reggae music in my life. Every Saturday morning, Bob Marley's music would play in the neighbourhood, there was always a positive vibe around and his songs were a delight to the ears.

Bob Marley's music was a conscious awakener to the soul, his music was packaged right and everyone loved it. I am sure reggae music inspired lots of African artists such as Lucky Dube of South Africa, and Ras Kimono of Nigeria. Thank you for the music.
