  In this remarkable story, Adunni, the main character, depicts ambition fuelled with a burning desire to succeed despite all odds. Tales of this type still abound in Lagos, and they are portrayed in the media daily. Adunni is hailed as the poor girl with a rich mind, "Sherlock Holmes," who never stops asking intelligent questions, a child-bride, and a strong-willed girl who grew up fast due to the circumstance her parents put her through. However, she had the guts to pursue the life she wanted. - An education by any means necessary.  Adunni finally got her groove back after reading such an easy book, I could relate to the characters there. the harsh and despicable reality of Lagos till date. I would recommend this book to my friends and would love to see it turned into a film.

50 Shades Of "Cray", Director Leaves Sequel Of Trilogy

Director Sam Taylor Johnson has never hidden the fact that there was tension between her and the author of the trilogy, 50 Shades of Grey, E.L James. Creative differences, or bickering women fighting for control? An author can also be a creative director, if given the chance. I don't see the need for the film not to match the expectation of what was read in the novels. This is where the drama erupts between two strong willed women.


Sam Taylor-Johnson made her intentions known on US Weekly, 
'Directing Fifty Shades of Grey has been an intense and incredible journey for which I am hugely grateful.'
'While I will not be returning to direct the sequels, I wish nothing but success to whosoever takes on the exciting challenges of films two and three.'
Last year she told Porter magazine: 
“We would have proper on-set barneys and I’m not confrontational, but it was about finding a way between the two of us, satisfying her vision of what she’d written as well as my need to visualise this person on screen, but, you know, we got there.
 “She will be the first to say she found it very difficult to give up control.”
