  In this remarkable story, Adunni, the main character, depicts ambition fuelled with a burning desire to succeed despite all odds. Tales of this type still abound in Lagos, and they are portrayed in the media daily. Adunni is hailed as the poor girl with a rich mind, "Sherlock Holmes," who never stops asking intelligent questions, a child-bride, and a strong-willed girl who grew up fast due to the circumstance her parents put her through. However, she had the guts to pursue the life she wanted. - An education by any means necessary.  Adunni finally got her groove back after reading such an easy book, I could relate to the characters there. the harsh and despicable reality of Lagos till date. I would recommend this book to my friends and would love to see it turned into a film.

Much is being said about Asperger Syndrome, it is marked by difficulties with social interaction and non-verbal communication. It takes years if not spotted quickly by doctors and may caught difficulties to the child or adult with such symptoms. A film titled X+Y is showing in cinemas in London. The film is about the life of Londoner Daniel Lightwing, how he used his love for mathematics to transform his life and find love. 



X+Y is about a young maths genius has his logic thwarted by the one thing he can't make sense of - love. Teenage maths prodigy Nathan struggles with people, not least his mother, Julie, but finds comfort in numbers. Mentored by unconventional and anarchic teacher Mr Humphreys, Nathan's talents win him a place representing GB at the International Mathematics Olympiad. When the team go to train in Taiwan, headed up by squad leader Richard, Nathan is faced with unexpected challenges - not least his new and unfamiliar feelings for his Chinese counterpart, the beautiful Zhang Mei

A man in Nigeria was caught and confronted by army officers for wearing a camouflage vest. He was later apprehended; but the impostor's response was not forthcoming but highly hilarious.
