In this remarkable story, Adunni, the main character, depicts ambition fuelled with a burning desire to succeed despite all odds. Tales of this type still abound in Lagos, and they are portrayed in the media daily. Adunni is hailed as the poor girl with a rich mind, "Sherlock Holmes," who never stops asking intelligent questions, a child-bride, and a strong-willed girl who grew up fast due to the circumstance her parents put her through. However, she had the guts to pursue the life she wanted. - An education by any means necessary.  Adunni finally got her groove back after reading such an easy book, I could relate to the characters there. the harsh and despicable reality of Lagos till date. I would recommend this book to my friends and would love to see it turned into a film.

Donald Trump On Brexit: 'They Took Back Control Of Their Country'
Republican presidential candidate, Donald Trump has wasted no time in giving his verdicts with reference to the Brexit win. He arrived in Scotland today where he has business interests, the reopening of a golf  resort which he owns.

“People want to take their country back. They want to have independence in a sense. You see it with Europe, all over Europe. So I think you're going to have this happen more and more. I really believe that, and I think that it’s happening in the United States. It's happening by the fact that I've done so well in the polls,"  - Donald Trump
Trump's rival, Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton, said in a statement: "This time of uncertainty only underscores the need for calm, steady, experienced leadership in the White House to protect Americans' pocketbooks and livelihoods, to support our friends and allies, to stand up to our adversaries, and to defend our interests.

"It also underscores the need for us to pull together to solve our challenges as a country, not tear each other down," said Clinton, 68, a former U.S. secretary of state, who had supported Britain to remain in the EU.

Mr Trump even took time to take a swipe at President Barack Obama for intervening in the EU referendum talks when he visited UK for the Queen's 90 birthday celebrations. Donald Trump said, "It's something he shouldn't have done. It's not his country. It's not his part of the world. He shouldn't have done it. And I actually think that his recommendation perhaps caused it to fail," Trump said.
