  In this remarkable story, Adunni, the main character, depicts ambition fuelled with a burning desire to succeed despite all odds. Tales of this type still abound in Lagos, and they are portrayed in the media daily. Adunni is hailed as the poor girl with a rich mind, "Sherlock Holmes," who never stops asking intelligent questions, a child-bride, and a strong-willed girl who grew up fast due to the circumstance her parents put her through. However, she had the guts to pursue the life she wanted. - An education by any means necessary.  Adunni finally got her groove back after reading such an easy book, I could relate to the characters there. the harsh and despicable reality of Lagos till date. I would recommend this book to my friends and would love to see it turned into a film.

Has Ben Murray-Bruce Got A Point On President Buhari's Priorities?
Senator Ben Bruce Murray took to his FB page to highlight on one of the major concerns facing the present administration of President Buhari which can be read after the cut. We know much is expected from this government but it will take all hands on deck, if the judiciary system is cooperative and functional.

"One of the major problems of this administration is its inability to prioritize. Nigeria is in the midst of the worst agriculture blight that has ravaged our tomato and corn yield and what has been the response of our government? They release a census of sheep, pigs and goats! Why leave the citizens of Nigeria clueless about what you are doing to solve an issue of pressing concern to them only to face an issue that is not urgent? My name is Ben Murray-Bruce and I just want to make Commonsense!"
Is this statement making any sense to Nigerians in diaspora?
