  In this remarkable story, Adunni, the main character, depicts ambition fuelled with a burning desire to succeed despite all odds. Tales of this type still abound in Lagos, and they are portrayed in the media daily. Adunni is hailed as the poor girl with a rich mind, "Sherlock Holmes," who never stops asking intelligent questions, a child-bride, and a strong-willed girl who grew up fast due to the circumstance her parents put her through. However, she had the guts to pursue the life she wanted. - An education by any means necessary.  Adunni finally got her groove back after reading such an easy book, I could relate to the characters there. the harsh and despicable reality of Lagos till date. I would recommend this book to my friends and would love to see it turned into a film.

R.I.P: Star Trek Anton Yelchin Found Dead In A Horrible Accident
When I heard this in the news I was shocked to the core, Star Trek actor, Anton Yelchin, 27, was pinned to death at the gates by his own car in his own home! 

According to the standard, the body of the Russian-born actor was found at around 1:00 a.m yesterday on his driveway in Los Angeles, California. He is believed to have been hit by his 2.5 ton Jeep Grand Cherokee and pinned against the metal gates on his driveway. 

 Law enforcement tells us the engine was running when his body was discovered, and the car was in neutral. The driveway was on a fairly steep incline. It’s unclear why he got out of the car.


His fans will terribly miss him just as much as his co-workers on set. Condolences to his family

The armed force are known for not joking around when it comes to spotting impostors wearing their outfits, whereas in some quarters, this could also be worn as a fashion statement! A man in Nigeria was caught and confronted by army officers for wearing a camouflage vest. He was later apprehended; but the impostor's response was not forthcoming but highly hilarious.
