  In this remarkable story, Adunni, the main character, depicts ambition fuelled with a burning desire to succeed despite all odds. Tales of this type still abound in Lagos, and they are portrayed in the media daily. Adunni is hailed as the poor girl with a rich mind, "Sherlock Holmes," who never stops asking intelligent questions, a child-bride, and a strong-willed girl who grew up fast due to the circumstance her parents put her through. However, she had the guts to pursue the life she wanted. - An education by any means necessary.  Adunni finally got her groove back after reading such an easy book, I could relate to the characters there. the harsh and despicable reality of Lagos till date. I would recommend this book to my friends and would love to see it turned into a film.

Thank You 2014, Roses And Thorns
To L.O.B readers and friends (do you mind me calling you angels), this has been such one year in all years. A year of change, challenges and disasters!!!!!!!!!!! There is a saying that goes thus "Count your blessing name them one by one and your will be surprised at what the Lord has done" True talk, I hear you snigger. But in all, you really know what I mean.


As for me, I would say 2014 has be an eye opener for me a lot from friends to family!!!!!, but in all, I am grateful for been alive. I have learnt the relevance of  people and things (not to underestimate anything). 

I started blogging in September 2014 and still learning to be a great blogger, who ever said blogging is a stroll in the park must be kidding.... I would kindly love the mentorship of blog experts. Lastly, I am open to great blessings.

I wish you all the best as the universe ushers us into the new year 2015, keep trying, keep shinning and stay winning. 

To those who are no longer with us in person, peace unto your souls........
