  In this remarkable story, Adunni, the main character, depicts ambition fuelled with a burning desire to succeed despite all odds. Tales of this type still abound in Lagos, and they are portrayed in the media daily. Adunni is hailed as the poor girl with a rich mind, "Sherlock Holmes," who never stops asking intelligent questions, a child-bride, and a strong-willed girl who grew up fast due to the circumstance her parents put her through. However, she had the guts to pursue the life she wanted. - An education by any means necessary.  Adunni finally got her groove back after reading such an easy book, I could relate to the characters there. the harsh and despicable reality of Lagos till date. I would recommend this book to my friends and would love to see it turned into a film.

The Hilarious Animal Mirror Experiment

When was the first time you looked in a mirror - what were your thoughts..... Obsessed or just a selfie junkie? Animals seem to know the effect of their reflection on a mirror and some just don't have a clue.... Watch hilarious clip after cut.  



The experiment was performed by French photographer Xavier Hubert Brierre. He travelled to Gabon with his wife to set up a mirror in several locations and capture wild animals walking by. Those animals are definitely not westernized!!!

The armed force are known for not joking around when it comes to spotting impostors wearing their outfits, whereas in some quarters, this could also be worn as a fashion statement! A man in Nigeria was caught and confronted by army officers for wearing a camouflage vest. He was later apprehended; but the impostor's response was not forthcoming but highly hilarious.
