When they told the doctor their plan, he laughed and said he was sure they'd tell someone. But Rademachers never let their secret out. If they ever said "babies" instead of "baby," no one noticed, Rademacher said.

"As soon as my wife and I picked our jaws up off the floor, the doctor walked out. Within a minute of the doctor walking out, my wife said 'Let's not tell anyone,'" Korey Rademacher said. "Literally, I was thinking the same thing."

 Now, the babies are a month old and doing well at home in Pensacola, Florida, with their big brother.
